These terms govern your use of the Particle Next Solutions website. By browsing the site or submitting an enquiry, you accept them. They cover the website itself. Any project we take on for you is covered by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over anything on this page.

Using this site

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system
• Interfere with the site's normal operation, including by automated scraping that places unreasonable load on it
• Submit false information, other people's personal data without their permission, or anything unlawful through the enquiry form
• Use the site or its content to build a competing service or for any unlawful purpose

Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or oblige either of us to proceed. Any estimate, timeline or figure we discuss before a written agreement is indicative, and becomes binding only when set out in a signed proposal or contract.

Intellectual property

The design, code, text, graphics and interactive demonstrations on this site belong to Particle Next Solutions unless stated otherwise. You may view and share the pages normally. You may not copy, republish or reuse substantial parts of the site without our written permission.

Third-party names and technologies referenced on this site belong to their respective owners, and are named only to describe what we work with. Naming them does not mean they endorse us or that we are partners.

Accuracy of content

We keep this site accurate and current, but it is provided for general information. Nothing here is professional advice for your specific situation, and you should not act on it without talking to us or another qualified adviser about your circumstances.

The interactive demonstrations on the Work page illustrate technical approaches. The automation pipeline in particular uses scripted sample data to show the shape of such a system, and is labelled as such on that page.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
