We buildwhat's next.

We design and build websites, apps and custom software, wire them into AI and automation, then market what we've built. One team, from the first sketch to the monthly growth report.

  • Scope agreed in writing before anything is built
Who we are

Most companies buy the website from one agency, the automation from a freelancer and the marketing from someone else. Nobody owns the gaps between them. We build, connect and grow the product as one team, so the gaps are ours to close.

How we work

Six steps, in this order.

This is the order we really work in, including the step where we tell you what to cut.

  1. 01

    Discover

Understand the business, the users and the opportunity.

Before anything gets designed, we work out what problem we're solving, who it's for, and which constraints can't move. This is also where we find out whether the project you asked for is the project you need.

    • Stakeholder interviews
    • Current-state review
    • Opportunity brief
  2. 02

    Define

Clarify the strategy, the scope and the product direction.

We turn findings into a decision: what is in, what is deliberately out, and what success will be measured against. Scope that is written down early is scope that can be defended later.

    • Scope and priorities
    • Information architecture
    • Success measures
  3. 03

    Design

Create the user experience and the visual system.

Interface, interaction and visual language, designed against real content and reviewed on real devices. We build a system rather than a set of screens, so the tenth page costs less than the first.

    • Wireframes
    • Design system
    • Interactive prototype
  4. 04

    Build

    Build the product.

Development in reviewable increments with testing built in. You see working software throughout, which means course corrections happen while they are still cheap.

    • Component library
    • Working increments
    • QA and accessibility passes
  5. 05

    Connect

Integrate AI, automation, data and third-party systems.

The product gets connected to the systems around it: payments, CRM, analytics, internal tools, and any automation or AI that earns its place. This is usually where a good product becomes a useful one.

    • Integrations
    • Automation flows
    • Analytics instrumentation
  6. 06

    Grow

    Measure, improve and scale.

Launch is the start of the measurable part. We watch how people use it, fix what underperforms, and scale what works.

    • Performance monitoring
    • Iteration backlog
    • Growth reporting

Teams we've built with

Why Particle Next

Five things we actually do.

Here's what each one means on your project.

Build

We build practical digital products.

Things that ship, that people use, and that still work long after launch day.

Connect

We connect the tools you already use.

A lot of wasted time sits in the gaps between your tools. That's where we work.

Automate

We reduce repetitive work.

If someone on your team is copying data from one screen to another, that's a problem we can solve.

Understand

We make your numbers useful.

Reports that answer the question you're asking, in a form you'll actually read.

Grow

We tie the work to results you can measure.

The technology is only the means. What counts is enquiries, time saved and revenue.

Questions

Before you get in touch.

Short answers to the first questions. Each service page has a longer list.

Something we haven't covered?

Put it in the form, or email us. Either way it reaches a person.

Ask us directly

A person reads it and replies, usually within one business day. The form asks about project type, stage and budget up front, so that first reply can get into specifics instead of asking for more information.

Ready to build what's next?

Pick the closest match and the form opens with it already selected. Four short steps, about a minute.
